Communication Anxiety
Anxiety is in fact a state of mind. The mind of a person can be in different emotional and psychological states in different parts of the year. Communication anxiety comes under this type of anxiety. Anxiety may result from any kind of worry or fear. Some kinds of apprehensions also make you anxious. Anxiety is something you need to learn to control. Otherwise, you will not be able to be happy. Anxiety is a mental feeling but in general it is associated with the physical feelings like nausea or palpitations. You may start having a headache due to anxiety and you may also face a problem of increased acidity in your stomach due to it. Communication anxiety is a type of anxiety and like all other anxieties it also needs your attention.

Anxiety is not always a very bad thing. It may prove good at times. If the anxiety of a person is due to some anticipated good news, it may create a lot of satisfaction when the news is received. If the anxiety, however, is due to some kind of issue and problem, you will not like it and the result may be lots of palpitation and a headache. Same is the situation with communication anxiety. You need to learn to tackle all kinds of anxiety.
When you are feeling communication anxiety there are some steps that need to be taken to control. The first step in this regard is to let the anxiety pass after some time. Do not do anything about it and just try to keep calm. A good way of handling such anxiety would be to tell the person you are going to communicate that you are excited about this communication. This will also help you lower your heart beat.
Another step you need to take in this regard is to keep a check on your metabolism. Too much of palpitations and head ache is neither good. Give your feelings a vent and this way, you can help yourself in controlling your communication anxiety. Think positively about the whole situation and discuss the issue carefully. This will help you control your communication anxiety.
